Abstract:Driven by the'double carbon'goals, the coupling system of biomass boilers and air source heat pumps has received extensive attention due to its potential for both renewable energy utilization and waste heat recovery. However, the problem of ash accumulation in the evaporator caused by direct heating with flue gas particles urgently needs to be addressed. It is proposed to install a cyclone dust collector in the flue gas pipeline of the biomass boiler.A three-dimensional numerical model is constructed through Fluent software. The RNG k-ε turbulence model and the Simplec algorithm are adopted to simulate the mixed heat exchange process of flue gas(130℃,2 m/s)and low-temperature air(5℃,1 m/s)in the air duct, and the system performance is quantitatively evaluated. The results show that the cyclone dust collector can effectively solve the problem of ash accumulation in flue gas and provide a reference for the engineering application of the biomass boil-heat pump combined system.
