Abstract:Using Rhino and Grasshopper software to establish the parametric prototype space of the building complex.Through multi-objective optimization,22 morphological feature groups are selected, and the URBANopt platform is utilized to conduct energy consumption simulation for the feature groups. For the simulation results, correlation analysis and multiple linear regression equations are adopted to analyze the influence mechanism between the spatial form parameters of commercial and office complex buildings and building energy consumption. The results show that the influence degree of morphological parameters on heating energy consumption is higher than that on cooling energy consumption. The average shape coefficient shows a significant negative correlation with the heating energy consumption of the building complex. The total floor area ratio is negatively correlated with the heating, cooling and total energy consumption of the building complex, especially the heating energy consumption. The green space ratio is negatively correlated with the total energy consumption of the building complex. There is a weak positive correlation between the spatial openness rate and the heating energy consumption of the building complex.
