Abstract：Efficient and stable steam soot blowing work plays an important role in the smooth operation and energy efficiency improvement of power station boilers.To address the issues of excessive energy consumption and losses to the heating surface tubes caused by the poor soot blowing effect of the steam soot blowing device,improvements are made to the steam soot blowing device to explore and optimize the soot blowing method,soot blowing parameters,and intelligent soot blowing settings,etc.So as to achieve the goals of reducing the damage to the heated surface tubes,removing the accumulated ash adhesion,improving the heat transfer performance,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the boiler,and enhancing the thermal efficiency of the boiler.
