Abstract:In order to reduce the operating costs of enterprises,a theoretical analysis of variable frequency regulation is conducted on the circulating water system of 2×50 MW units in an enterprise. The influence of the operating frequency of the water pump on the energy-saving effect and economic benefits of the units is explored, and the reliability of the theoretical analysis is verified through the actual operation effect. The results show that when the fixed-frequency pump and the variable-frequency pump operate in parallel and the pump frequency exceeds 35 Hz,the entire unit can have a better energy-saving effect. When the pump frequency is 40 Hz,the energy-saving effect of the system is the best, and the payback period of investment is 1.5 years. The actual operation results show that when the pump frequency is around 40 Hz,the electricity saving of the unit is higher, which is consistent with the theoretical analysis.
