Abstract:Taking a 130 t/h biomass vibrating grate boiler as the research object, the influence of different air distribution methods on the combustion condition of the boiler is studied through combustion adjustment experiments. The results show that under the load condition of 30 MW,when the opening degrees of the primary air at the front end are 100%,75%,and 60%,respectively,during the process of reducing the primary air at the front end,the CO content in the flue gas at the furnace outlet shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Under the load condition of 22 MW,the primary air opening degree at the front end is reduced from 100%to 75%,the burnout air opening degree is reduced from 10%to 0,and the secondary air opening degree of the front wall is opened from 10%to 20%.Keeping other operating parameters unchanged, the peak CO content in the flue gas at the furnace outlet decreased from 1.33%to 0.03%,and the raw material in the ash and slag is significantly reduced. Thus, the economic operation of the boiler has been improved.
