Abstract:In order to achieve the goal of reducing the nitrogen oxide emission concentration in the flue gas of the steam injection boiler to below 50 mg/m3,without reducing the main performance parameters of the in-use oilfield steam injection boiler, the original burner will be replaced with a low-nitrogen burner adopting technologies such as coupled fuel classification, flue gas internal circulation, flue gas external circulation, and multi-nozzle flame. And it meets the usage requirements for the continuous, safe and reliable operation of the steam injection boiler. The results show that the burner adopting the composite low-nitrogen combustion technology can reduce the nitrogen oxide emission concentration of the steam injection boiler to below 30 mg/m3 while meeting the operation requirements of the steam injection boiler, meeting the expected transformation requirements.
