Abstract：The existing public buildings in Tianjin have a large span of time,and some buildings have not fully considered the demand of energy-saving in the design,so it is urgent to carry out energy saving transformation.This paper systematically summarizes the existing energy-saving renovation technologies of public buildings,and makes cost-benefit analysis according to different renovation items,so as to provide reference for selecting suitable investment and financing mode for energy-saving renovation projects.
