Abstract:As building energy consumption continues to rise, reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning systems has become a key link in the construction industry to achieve green and low-carbon transformation. In air conditioning fresh air system, setting up energy recovery device is an effective measure to reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning system. This paper presents a membrane heat recovery device based on polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF).Taking winter conditions in hot summer and cold winter areas as an example, the characteristics of fresh air energy recovery are experimentally studied, and its energy-saving effect is theoretically analyzed. The results show that the total heat exchange efficiency of the fresh air heat recovery unit increases with the increase of temperature and relative humidity, but decreases with the increase of air volume.Under winter conditions, the maximum heat exchange efficiency can reach 71.63%,and the energy saving effect is improved by 29.52%compared with the energy recovery efficiency stipulated by the current national standard. This study provides theoretical basis and technical support for the design of membrane total heat recovery device, which is of great significance for reducing the energy consumption of air conditioning fresh air system.
