Exploration of thermal power operation strategies in the electricity market environment

Abstract：This study discusses the operation strategy of thermal power enterprises under the power market environment,in order to adapt to the background and process of the power market reform,summarizes the background and process of the power market reform,as well as the basic structure and operation mechanism of the power market,and analyzes the main factors affecting the operation of thermal power,including policy,economic and technical factors.Based on these analyses,four operational strategies for thermal power are put forward:one is resource optimization allocation strategy,which aims to achieve effective allocation of thermal power resources;The second is cost control and efficiency improvement strategy to improve the economy and efficiency of thermal power operation;Third,environmental protection and sustainable development strategy,focusing on the environmental impact and sustainability of thermal power operation;The fourth is the market competition strategy to enhance the competitiveness of thermal power in the power market.
