Analysis of test methods and test results of air source heat pump chamber

Abstract：Air source heat pump drying rooms are considered one of the ideal alternatives to coal-fired drying rooms.Currently,heat pump drying rooms are mostly custom solutions,with system matching issues and key technologies that have not yet formed mature indicators.By determining the evaluation indicators and testing methods for air source heat pump drying rooms,and carrying out detailed performance testing and evaluation work,the variation rules of drying room temperature,energy consumption,and tobacco leaf parts are explored.The results show that air source heat pump drying rooms can provide the heat required for roasting,have good control accuracy,and have prominent advantages in terms of reducing labor and costs,and energy saving and emission reduction.
