Research on energy-saving transformation of rotary air preheater of a thermal power unit

Abstract：In view of the problems of dust accumulation,air leakage and low-temperature corrosion encountered in the operation of the rotary air preheater of thermal power units,an energy-saving transformation scheme based on air volume slitting and anti-ash plugging and flexible contact sealing technology is proposed.By precisely controlling the cold junction temperature of the air preheater,the air volume distribution is optimized to prevent low temperature condensation,significantly reducing fouling and corrosion.
