Research on technique of repeated distribution of fracturing flowback fluid after treatment

Abstract：In order to achieve the reduction and reuse of fracturing flowback fluid,the pre-treatment plan obtained from previous research is used to study the reuse of the treated fracturing flowback fluid.The impact of the amount of thickening agent on the overall quality of the reuse fluid is analyzed,and the optimal concentration of thickening agent for each type of fracturing flowback fluid reuse is determined.Tests on sand-carrying capacity,gel-breaking properties,and compatibility are conducted to form a complete reuse fluid technology plan.It provides a reference for the harmless treatment,non-landing,and reuse of fracturing flowback fluid,as well as for the shortage of fracturing water after fracturing,and the high cost of transportation.
