Abstract：The urban bus station building has a long running time,many heat dissipation and electrical rooms,and the energy consumption level is higher than that of other public buildings.The paper sorts out the disadvantages and advantages of bus station buildings in hot summer and warm winter areas to achieve the goal of near-zero energy consumption,and puts forward passive and active technical measures for typical projects.Based on EnergyPlus,the project was verified to achieve near-zero energy targets.
