Design research and application of cyclone separator outlet steam-cooled flue

Abstract：Based on the existing cyclone separator outlet flue,Dongfang Electric Group Dongfang Boiler Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as'Dongfang Boiler')has independently developed a cyclone separator outlet steam-cooled flue scheme to further enhance the performance of the boiler.Taking a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler unit as the object of design verification,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the scheme of the steam-cooled flue,the stress of the steam-cooled flue,and the wear of the steam-cooled flue,and proposes targeted solutions.The independently developed cyclone separator outlet steam-cooled flue has been successfully applied in various grades of multiple CFB boilers,laying the foundation for further achieving clean and efficient utilization of CFB boilers.
