Discussion on energy-saving calculation of frequency conversion technical transformation of centrifugal pump

Abstract：In the centrifugal pump variable speed energy-saving technical innovation project,because the pump flow does not meet the proportional conditions of similarity law,the proportional law should not be used to calculate relevant parameters and energy-saving effects.Based on the condition of constant pump flow rate,the relationship between pump head and pump efficiency with pump speed is derived by similarity theory,which effectively reduces the deviation between predicted value and actual energy saving effect.
