Design and operation characteristics of NOx emission control of CFB boilers burning high-calcium bituminous coal

Abstract：Taking a 350 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB)boiler as an example,effective NOx emission control measures were taken in the design of CFB boiler scheme according to the fuel characteristics and NOx generation mechanism.After the boiler is actually put into operation,it can still meet the requirements of wide load and ultra-low emission through combustion control combined with denitrification device when the nitrogen element in the coal is several times the design value,which meets the design expectations,has the characteristics of high efficiency,cleanness,flexibility and economic operation,and is in line with the high-quality development direction of national coal power.
