Design of electricity safety supervision system for commercial catering full electric kitchen

Abstract：Electrification of energy consumption in the catering industry is an important field of electric energy substitution,and it is also the focus of building a new power system and promoting green and low-carbon energy transformation,especially in the commercial catering industry with high power per household and high energy consumption.Based on the combined electrical fire monitoring detector,a three-level power safety supervision system design method including local monitoring,communication network and centralized supervision was introduced.
