Abstract:Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)software was employed for simulation and analysis of supercritical-dense phase carbon dioxide tube transportation.Inlet pressures of 11 MPa,12 MPa,13 MPa,and 14 MPa,as well as inlet temperatures of 40℃,50℃,55℃,and 60℃,were investigated. The variations in temperature, static pressure, and dynamic pressure along the pipe length were compared under different inlet pressures and temperatures. The results show that when the pipeline length exceeds 50 m,the fluid temperature and dynamic pressure curves are at their lowest with an inlet pressure of 13 MPa and an inlet temperature of 50℃.The differences in static pressure under various inlet pressure and temperature conditions are negligible. The study indicates that,in practical supercritical-dense phase carbon dioxide tube transportation, selecting an inlet pressure of 13 MPa and an inlet temperature of 50℃is advisable.
