Abstract:Based on direct flame impingement heating technology,an experimental research was conducted on a fully premixed flame jet heating stainless steel steam generator. The impact of different initial water quantities, heating height, flame load, and air coefficient on the heating efficiency and pollutant concentration of the steam generator were studied. The results show that the heating efficiency increases with the increase in initial water volume and flame load, and decreases with the increase in air coefficient. As the heating height increases, the heating efficiency first increases and then decreases, and the optimal heating height exists. The thermal efficiency of steam production is higher than that of heating water, with the maximum thermal efficiency of steam production being 2.1 times that of heating water.CO content varies with initial water quantities, flame load, and air coefficient, and decreases with the increase in heating height.NOx content decreases with the increase in initial water quantities and air coefficient, and increases with the increase in flame load, and first decreases and then increases with the increase in heating height.
