Effect of electronic expansion valve on refrigeration system performance of logistics vehicles

Abstract：In view of the effect of the set value of the electronic expansion valve opening on the performance of freezing system of pure electric logistics vehicle,a refrigeration system test bench of medium pressure air-supplementing pure electric logistics vehicle is set up in the enthalpy difference laboratory.Experiments were carried out by changing the opening of the main circuit and the electronic expansion valve.The results show that when the opening of the main valve is gradually increased from 10%to 22%,the exhaust temperature decreases by 11.92%,and when the opening of the main valve is 14%,the maximum refrigeration,COP,and EER are 1.41 kW,1.57,1.04.In the process where the replenishment valve opening increases from 10%to 25%,the refrigeration volume,COP,and EER decrease by 3.52%,7.40%,and 7.30%,respectively,while the compressor power increases by 4.55%.
