A review of new heat pump technology and improvement of heat pump performance

Abstract：As energy costs continuing to rise, it is imperative of energy conservation and energy efficiency work. Heat pump have a great potential for energy conservation and environmental protection. Therefore, it has always been a concern of increasing the performance of heat pumps and improving existing environmental problems. In order that it can let the heat pump have good economy and applicability, it is necessary to continuously strive to improve its comprehensive performance and reliability. At the same time, we should discover new application fields. This article reviews various methods for improving the performance of different types of heat pump. It is presented a new method that can properly use heat pump in industries with high energy using rated. It also lists some of the new technologies and applications that have emerged in recent years, and looks forward to the future development hotspots and priorities in the field of heat pumps. The conclusion shows that, in the future, heat pumps are still an important way for countries and regions to save energy, reduce emissions and protect the environment.
