Abstract:Objective: To compare the effects of tramadol and sufentanil in the treatment of acute postoperative pain after remifentanil combined anesthesia. Methods: A total of 80 patients who received remifentanil combined anesthesia at our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group using an alternating grouping method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tramadol, while the observation group was treated with sufentanil. The postoperative recovery indicators, analgesia and sedation scores, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in postoperative recovery indicators such as spontaneous breathing recovery time, consciousness recovery time, and extubation time between the two groups (P > 0.05). The VAS pain scores and Ramsay sedation scores of the observation group at 5 and 10 minutes after awakening were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: In the prevention and treatment of acute postoperative pain after remifentanil combined anesthesia, sufentanil has better analgesic and sedative effects than tramadol, with fewer adverse reactions, and is safe and feasible, and is worth recommending.
