Expert consensus on the application of molecular testing technique for cervical cancer screening and early diagnosis in China(2025 Edition)

Abstract：Cervical cancer is the most significant malignant tumor of the reproductive system that poses a serious threat to women's health.With the continuous development of molecular biology technology,molecular detection techniques such as HPV testing and DNA methylation testing are playing an increasingly important role in screening and early diagnosis of cervical cancer.This consensus summarizes the molecular detection technologies related to cervical cancer screening and diagnosis based on the current status of cervical cancer screening and the progress of molecular detection technology.It standardizes the application of relevant molecular detection technologies in cervical cancer screening and provides strong support for the screening and early diagnosis of cervical cancer.
