Research Progress on the Mechanism of ω-3 Fish Oil Lipid Emulsion in Improving Immune Function in Esophageal Cancer Patients
Abstract：Esophageal cancer is a disease with high incidence in China.In the early stage of the disease,radical surgery is performed on patients,and the prognosis of patients after operation is better.However,how to reduce surgical trauma and improve postoperative immune function is a hot research topic at present.The nutritional support of fish oil fat emulsion for postoperative patients with tumor has been gradually recognized in clinic,and it plays an important role in regulating immune response,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor.This study found that ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion can affect the activity of immune cells by regulating the composition and function of cell membrane.Regulating the synthesis of inflammatory factors,reducing the production of pro-inflammatory factors and inhibiting inflammatory response;It can also play an anti-tumor role by inhibiting the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion is expected to become an important part of comprehensive treatment of esophageal cancer and improve the quality of life of patients,but the dose standardization and long-term metabolic risk data of ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion still need further research and verification.
