Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of probiotic preparations combined with the concept of rapid recovery in patients undergoing liver and gallbladder stone surgery. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent hepatobiliary stone surgery at our hospital between January 2021 and October 2024 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using the envelope method. The control group received intervention based on the concept of enhanced recovery, while the combined group received intervention based on the concept of enhanced recovery combined with probiotic preparations. The incidence of complications, intestinal flora, intestinal mucosal barrier function, and patient satisfaction during hospitalization were recorded for both groups. Results Before treatment, there was no difference in the comparison of intestinal flora between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, anabolic and enterobacteria decreased in the two groups compared with the pre-treatment period, and the comprehensive group was lower than the control group(t=6.037、5.991,P<0.05);bifidobacteria and lactobacilli increased in the two groups compared with the pre-treatment period, and the comprehensive group was higher than the control group(t=-3.621、-3.825,P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no difference in the comparison of intestinal mucosal barrier function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase(DAO)decreased in the two groups compared with the pre-treatment period, and the composite group was lower than the control group(t=4.309、5.664,P<0.05);human secretory immunoglobulin A(SIgA)increased in the two groups compared with the pre-treatment period, and the composite group was higher than the control group(t=4.309,P<0.05).The incidence of diarrhoea and overall complication rate in the combined group was lower than that in the control group(χ2=4.900、5.289,P<0.05),and the incision infections, lung infections and the incidence of hepatic dysfunction did not differ from the control group(P>0.05).There was no difference in the satisfaction of the integrated group compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Probiotic preparations combined with the concept of rapid recovery can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, regulate intestinal flora, improve intestinal mucosal barrier function, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative diarrhea.
