Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of cognitive-motor dual-task training combined with smeglutide/metformin on cognitive frailty and negative emotions in diabetic patients. Methods A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)who were treated in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and combined group(45 cases)by random number table method. The control group was treated with smeglutide/metformin,and the observation group was treated with cognitive-motor dual task training on this basis. Both groups were treated continuously for 12 weeks. The blood glucose indexes[glycated hemoglobin(HbA1 c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)],body weight, blood pressure, cognitive frailty indexes[mini-mental state examination(MMSE)score, frailty phenotype(FP)score,Berg balance scale(BBS)score],negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score]and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the FPG level,HbA1c level, body weight, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,FP score and SAS score in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(t=4.598,9.583,3.320,2.672,5.510,3.299,6.571,2.878,P<0.05),MMSE score and BBS score were higher than those in the control group(t=6.808,6.071,P<0.05).There was had no difference in the incidence of side effects between the two teams(P>0.05).Conclusion Cognitive-motor dual-task training combined with semaglutide/metformin can effectively control the blood glucose level, body weight and blood pressure of patients with T2 DM,improve cognitive frailty, relieve negative emotions, and has good safety.
