Abstract:In response to the dual challenges of an aging population and the escalating burden of chronic diseases, enhancing public health literacy has become a critical strategy for realizing the Healthy China initiative, and even more so,it is the core code for unlocking the collaborative development of proactive health management and the silver society.Based on the top-level design of the Healthy China Strategy, this paper systematically elaborates the theoretical value and practical path of health literacy for the sustainable development of an aging society.Aiming at the prevailing misconceptions of health awareness in the current society, the paper proposes to promote the construction of a new ecosystem of"silver health"through cognitive upgrading(from passive medical treatment to proactive health),digital driving(technology empowers health governance),intergenerational integration(intergenerational flow of health resources),and behavioral optimization(scientific exercise+intelligent health management).
