Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of repair for chronic ulcers combined with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor(rh-aFGF)in patients with diabetic foot ulcer(DFU).Methods Using the random stratified grouping method,150 patients with DFU admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to November 2023 were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group underwent repair for chronic ulcers, while the observation group underwent repair for chronic ulcers combined with rh-aFGF treatment. The two groups were compared in terms of wound healing, inflammatory response, and the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment. Results After treatment, ulcer wound area, wound healing time,C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),procalcitonin(PCT),and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the observation group were significantly smaller, shorter and lower as compared with the control group(t=11.852,13.079,2.708,2.526,7.746,3.492,all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the groups(x2=0.213,P>0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with repair for chronic ulcers and rh-aFGF can achieve significant therapeutic effects on patients with DFU.It can effectively promote ulcer wound healing, alleviate inflammatory response, and has good clinical safety.
