Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of somatosensory simulation training combined with high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on the improvement of motor dysfunction in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods A total of 96 patients with ACI who were treated in our hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into control group(48 cases)and study group(48 cases)according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional treatment and high-frequency rTMS treatment, and the study group was given somatosensory simulation training on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks. Both groups received routine intervention and high-frequency rTMS treatment for 4 consecutive weeks, while the study group additionally received somatosensory simulation training.Outcomes compared between the two groups included treatment efficacy;neurological function(NIHSS score, neurotrophic factors such as NGF and BDNF);motor function(UL-FMA score,BBS score);and daily living ability(ADL score). Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.08%)(x2=5.352,P<0.05).After treatment, the NGF level[(15.84±3.38)ng/ml vs.(12.67±2.86)ng/ml],BDNF level[(108.62±9.83)ng/ml vs.(94.69±8.21)ng/ml],UL-FMA score[(38.28±4.46)points vs.(33.54±3.73)points],BBS score[(39.73±4.36)points vs.(33.75±4.23)points]and ADL score[(76.45±6.29)points vs.(64.86±5.61)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.960,7.535,5.648,6.820,9.527,P<0.05).The NIHSS score[(10.25±2.33)points vs.(13.27±3.12)points]was lower than that of the control group(t=5.373,P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of ACI patients with somatosensory simulation training combined with high-frequency rTMS has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the neurological function, motor function and balance ability of patients, and improve the quality of life.
