Abstract:Objective To analyze the influencing factors of acute heart failure in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI.Methods Patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI from October 2021 to October 2024 were included consecutively.Patients were divided into two groups based on whether heart failure occurred during hospitalization:the heart failure group and the non-heart failure group.Compare two groups of general clinical data, culprit blood vessels, number of diseased vessels, time from onset to balloon dilation, vital signs at admission, laboratory test indicators, and arrhythmia monitoring results, and perform multiple logistic regression analysis. Results Among 227 patients,64 cases developed heart failure, with an incidence rate of 28.19%.Aging,elevated levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, elevated levels of N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide precursor, elevated resting heart rate, and the occurrence of ventricular fibrillation and tachycardia are independent risk factors for heart failure after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Conclusion Patients with myocardial infarction are prone to heart failure during hospitalization after PCI,and it is necessary to strengthen monitoring and early intervention for high-risk patients such as the elderly, those with significantly elevated NT proBNP and hs CRP.
