Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of ticagrelor combined with task-oriented training on upper limb function recovery and inflammatory factors in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke(CIS).Methods A total of 96 patients with CIS who were treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were prospectively selected using the convenience sampling method. They were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training and oral ticagrelor tablets, and the observation group was treated with task-oriented training on this basis. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks. The efficacy, upper limb motor function assessment scale of(UL-FMA)score,jebsen hand function test(JHFT)time, berg balance scale(BBS)score, national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score, barthel index(BI)score and inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL-6)]were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,which was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(t=4.800,P=0.029).Meanwhile the UL-FMA score,BBS score and BI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(t=6.958、4.925、4.425,P<0.05),and the time of JHFT,NIHSS score,CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 were lower than those of the control group(t=9.499、9.448、4.923、5.025、4.796,P<0.05).Conclusion Ticagrelor combined with task-oriented training can effectively improve the upper limb motor function,in the CIS patients. The combination therapy may improve the quality of life and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
