Abstract:Objective To analyze the risk factors of secondary acute kidney injury(AKI)in patients with decompensated cirrhosis. Methods Patients with decompensated cirrhosis admitted in our hospital from October 2022 to October 2024 were included as the research subjects. They were divided into the AKI group and the non-AKI group based on whether AKI occurred.Clinical data, laboratory tests, and end-stage liver disease model(MELD)Na scores were compared between the two groups, and multiple factor binary logistic regression analysis was performed. Results Logistic regression analysis showed that the presence of ascites(OR=1.488),infection(OR=2.335),INR(OR=1.939),CysC(OR=2.289),and MELD-Na(OR=2.278)were independent risk factors for AKI in patients with decompensated cirrhosis(P<0.05).Conclusion For decompensated liver cirrhosis patients with concurrent ascites, infection,MELD Na,CysC,and INR elevation,it is necessary to strengthen monitoring of changes in ascites volume and infection symptoms, timely detection and early intervention to improve patient prognosis.
