Comparative study on the application of low-dose oxycodone and dezocine in painless colonoscopy

Abstract：Objective To compare the application effects of low-dose oxycodone and dezocine in painless colonoscopy.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy in the hospital from January to December 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into group A(60 cases)and group B(60 cases),receiving anesthesia with dezocine and oxycodone,respectively.The changes in respiratory rate(RR),heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)and blood oxygen saturation(SPO2)before entering the room,before insertion of the coloscope,at insertion and after removal of the coloscope were compared between the two groups.Analgesic effects,sedative effects and clinical indicators in the two groups were analyzed.The incidence rates of adverse reactions in the two groups were calculated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in RR,HR,MAP,or SPO2 between the two groups at the time of entry,before insertion of the coloscope,at insertion and after removal of the coloscope(P＞0.05).The non-intubation behavioral pain scale scores of group B were lower than those of group A at the insertion of the coloscope(T0),coloscope reaching the hepatic flexure(T1),removal of the coloscope(T2)and 15 minutes after colonoscopy(T3)(t=3.901、2.734、4.218、3.714,P＜0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in Ramasy sedation scores between the two groups at T0,T1,T2 and T3(t=0.634、0.360、0.820、0.456,P=0.529、0.720、0.414、0.649).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of operation time for colonoscopy,consciousness recovery time,orientation recovery time,time of discharge and the incidence of adverse reactions(t=0.750、1.288、1.324、1.193,P=0、454、0.200、0.188、0.235).Conclusion Low-dose oxycodone and dezocine are both safe and effective in painless colonoscopy.Compared with dezocine,low-dose oxycodone can achieve better analgesic effects.
