Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided Fascia Hydrorelease(FH)and extracorporeal shock wave(ESWT)combined with acupuncture treatment(AT)in treating non-specific low back pain(NSLBP).Methods 126 NSLBP patients were randomly divided into 3 groups from March to July 2022.VAS pain scores and Oswestry disability index(ODI)were observed before and after 1 week,4 weeks, and 8 weeks of treatment.Complications such as skin lesions, local inflammation, nerve injury, and hematoma were recorded during follow-up.Results No complications were recorded.VAS pain score and ODI function score in FH group were significantly lower than before treatment no matter what time(P<0.05),and significantly lower than control group at the same time(P<0.05).VAS pain score and ODI functional score of ESWT+AT group after treatment were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),ODI score was also significantly decreased compared with control group at the same period(P<0.05),VAS pain score was decreased compared with control group at the same period, but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Compared with the two treatment groups,VAS pain score and ODI functional score decreased more significantly in FH group at different time after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided hydrorelease treatment of lumbar muscle fascia in non-specific low back pain is better than extracorporeal shock wave combined with acupuncture treatment, and this procedure has observed rapid therapeutic effects and higher safeness.
