Abstract:Objective To study the effect of early low-calorie nutritional support combined with rehabilitation exercise on the rehabilitation effect and prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia. Methods Prospective selection of severe pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital, the number of cases included in this study was 120 cases, which were randomly divided into conventional treatment group(group A),rehabilitation exercise group(group B)and rehabilitation exercise combined with early low-calorie nutritional support group(group C)according to random number method, with 40 cases in each group.Group a was given routine treatment;Group B was given rehabilitation exercise based on Group A,while Group C was given rehabilitation exercise and early low-calorie nutritional support, all of which were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Evaluate the improvement of patients' condition, record and compare the mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization time and first defecation time between the two groups. The levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),IgA and IgM in serum were measured by immunoturbidimetry before and after treatment. The levels of nutritional indexes in patients' serum, including total protein, prealbumin and albumin, were determined by automatic biochemical analyzer.Activity of daily living scale(ADL)was used to evaluate the ability of daily living.Observe and record the occurrence of complications in the two groups. Results The total excellent and good rate of disease improvement in group A,group B and group C was statistically significant(x2=6.128,P=0.047).There were statistically significant differences in mechanical ventilation time, hospitalization time and first defecation time among groups A,B and C(F=53.077,71.558,60.846,P<0.001).After treatment, the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the three groups all increased(P<0.05),and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(F=70.856,38.981,11.169,P<0.001).The levels of total protein, prealbumin and albumin in the three groups all increased, and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(F=11.772,111.335,15.753,P<0.001).The ADL scores of patients in the three groups all increased, and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant(F=156.067,P<0.001).The incidence of total adverse reactions in group A,group B and group C was statistically significant(x2=11.381,P=0.003).Conclusion Early low-calorie nutritional support combined with rehabilitation exercise can obviously improve the rehabilitation effect and prognosis of patients with severe pneumonia.
