Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of lower limb robot training combined with respiratory training on pulmonary function and sports endurance capacity of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 90 stroke patients with hemiplegia who were treated in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,Suixi County Hospital of Anhui Province from October 2022 to May 2024 were selected by convenient sampling method to prospective study, and were divided into group A(30 cases),group B(30 cases)and group C(30 cases)by random number table method.Patients in group A were treated with lower limb robot training, patients in group B were treated with respiratory training, and patients in group C were treated with lower limb robot training combined with respiratory training. All three groups were treated continuously for 3 weeks. The pulmonary function indexes(FVC,FEV1,MVV,PEF),exercise endurance indexes(VO2max,AT,6MWT),BBS score,FMA-LE score and BI score were compared among the three groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,FVC,FEV1,MVV and PEF in group C were higher than those in group A and group B(t=11.345,10.480,21.623,8.941,P<0.05).After treatment,VO2max,AT and 6 MWT in group C were higher than those in group A and group B(t=38.634,12.528,15.793,P<0.05).After treatment, the differences of BBS score,FMA-LE score and BI score before and after treatment in group C were higher than those in group A and group B(t=37.857,65.406,61.791,P<0.05).Conclusion Lower limb robot training combined with respiratory training can significantly improve the lung function of stroke patients with hemiplegia, improve exercise endurance, enhance their balance ability and walking ability, and improve the level of daily living ability.
