Effects of nimodipine combined with rehabilitation training and hyperbaric oxygen on cerebrovascular and neurological function in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage after operation

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of nimodipine combined with rehabilitation training and hyperbaric oxygen on cerebrovascular dynamics,dysfunction and neurological function recovery in patients with HICH after operation.Methods A total of 84 patients with HICH who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into control group(42 cases)and combined group(42 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given rehabilitation training and hyperbaric oxygen therapy,and the combined group was given nimodipine on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The efficacy,dysfunction(MoCA,UL-FMA,FMA-L)score,neurological function(NIHSS score,NSE,ADL score,cerebrovascular dynamics(Qm,Vm,RI)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was 95.24％,which was higher than that of the control group(76.19％)(x2=5.352,P＜0.05).After treatment,MoCA score,UL-FMA score,FMA-L score,ADL score before and after treatment were higher than those in the control group(t=5.389,5.366,8.010,6.003,P＜0.05).Qm and Vm in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.024,6.408,P＜0.05),and RI was lower than that in the control group(t=2.978,P＜0.05).The difference of NIHSS score,NSE before and after treatment in the combined group was higher than in the control group(t=5.502,12.828,P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of side effects between the two teams(x2=0.138,P＞0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of nimodipine combined with rehabilitation training and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in patients with HICH after operation is significant.It can effectively improve the cerebrovascular dynamics of patients,improve cognitive function,motor ability and neurological function,improve the quality of life,and has good safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
