Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Ginkgo biloba combined with gastrodin on improving the prognosis of patients with vascular vertigo, and analyze its correlation with inflammatory factors. Methods A total of 136 patients with vasogenic vertigo who received treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects for retrospective study, and were divided into control group and observation group(65 cases and 71 cases, respectively)according to different treatment methods. The control group was given gastrodin injection, and the observation group was given Ginkgo biloba extract injection based on the control group. The curative effect, inflammatory factor level, inflammatory factor level and prognosis of effective group and ineffective group were compared between the control group and the observation group respectively. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy of observation group was 91.55% higher than that of control group(Z=2.251,P=0.025).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)(12.64±3.14)pg/ml and interleukin-8(IL-8)(14.64±1.61)pg/ml in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.However,interleukin-12p70(IL-12p70)pg/ml(1.48±0.15)was higher than that of the control group(t=6.948,15.010,6.013,all P=0.000).After treatment,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in the effective group were lower than those in the ineffective group, and IL-12p70 levels were higher than those in the ineffective group(F=296.858,33.166,27.795,P=0.000).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-12p70 in the observation group were independent prognostic factors(OR=0.898,0.701,1.399,P=0.000,0.034,0.001).Kendall analysis showed that IL-6 was negatively correlated with prognosis(r=-0.689,P=0.000),IL-8 was negatively correlated with prognosis(r=-0.708,P=0.000)and IL-12p70 was positively correlated with prognosis(r=0.704,P=0.000).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba combined with gastrodin can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients with vascular vertigo. The combined treatment scheme has obvious advantages in improving the prognosis of patients. The inflammatory factors IL-6,IL-8 and IL-12p70 in the patient are independent influencing factors of the treatment prognosis. It reflects the potential inflammatory pathogenesis of vascular vertigo, and can be used as potential biological markers to further expand this study in the future.
