Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effects of perianal abscess rectal ultrasound-guided minimally invasive puncture catheter irrigation and drainage treatment and perianal abscess incision and drainage treatment. Methods 80 patients with perianal abscess admitted to the 291 Hospital of Baotou City from June 2021 to June 2023 were included and divided into the incision and drainage group(incision and drainage treatment)and the minimally invasive puncture group(rectal ultrasound guided Minimally invasive puncture catheterization(irrigation and drainage treatment),40 cases in each group, collected the general data of the patients, and compared the clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels, clinical symptoms, maximum cross-sectional area of the abscess cavity and anal function between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the incision and drainage group was 100%,and the effective rate of the minimally invasive puncture group was 97.50%.The difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.317,P=0.518).There were no statistically significant differences in preoperative inflammatory indicators, clinical symptom indicators, maximum cross-sectional area of abscess cavity, and anal function between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery, there were no statistically significant differences in the absolute value of white blood cells,C-reactive protein levels, fever scores, pain scores,Exudation score, maximum cross-sectional area of abscess cavity and We The xner scores all decreased(P<0.05),and the minimally invasive puncture group's pain score and maximum abscess cavity cross-sectional area 3 day and 7 day after surgery were lower than those of the incision and drainage group[(0.80±0.29)points vs.(0.38±0.17)points,(4.22±0.99)cm2 vs.(2.11±0.74)cm2,(2.09±0.71)cm2 vs.(0.52±0.18)cm2](t=7.902,10.979,13.556,P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in other postoperative indicators between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional incision and drainage, minimally invasive puncture and catheter irrigation and drainage under transrectal ultrasound guidance can reduce the patient's pain and reduce the patient's wound while ensuring the efficacy, and provide the patient with more ideal results.Therapeutic experience.
