Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of resorcinol on the effects of a combination of sufentanil and propofol on the patient's respiratory circulation during operative application of uteroscopy. Methods The clinical data of 136 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery at the Affiliated Fuxing Hospital of Capital Medical University from January 2023 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the control group(n=60)and the observation group(n=76)based on whether they received intravenous infusion of phloroglucinol before the operation. In the control group, sufentanil and propofol were used to induce anaesthesia, and in the observation group, resorcinol was injected intravenously before the operation on the basis of the control group. The observation group used sufentanil combined with propofol to induce anaesthesia, while the observation group used intravenous resorcinol before the operation. The general data of the patients in the two groups were counted, and the differences in respiratory and circulatory function, anaesthesia effect,Ramsay and VAS scores, and immune function were compared between the two groups. Results Both groups showed no significant differences in MAP,HR,and RR levels before drug administration and at the end of surgery(P>0.05).However,during surgery at the 5-minute mark, the observation group had significantly higher MAP(85.98±10.12)mmHg and RR(15.63±1.56)breaths/min compared to the control group, while the HR(75.26±8.54)beats/min was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(t=8.856,5.911,9.597,P<0.05).The observation group had a shorter onset time(2.08±0.29)min and postoperative consciousness recovery time(6.16±2.08)min compared to the control group, along with a lower postoperative 1-hour VAS score(2.48±0.72)and a higher Ramsay score(3.12±0.92),with statistically significant differences(t=6.275,9.742,2.618,2.118,P<0.05).There were no significant differences in T-lymphocyte subpopulation levels between the two groups one day before surgery(P>0.05).One day after surgery, compared to the control group, the observation group had significantly higher serum levels of CD3+(54.35±4.15)%,CD4+(35.34±3.12)%,and CD4+/CD8+(1.38±0.17)%,while the CD8+level decreased, with statistically significant differences(t=5.977,7.827,0.657,6.406,P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group(3.95%)was lower than that in the control group(15.00%),and the difference was significant(χ2=5.091,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of resorcinol during sufentanil compounded with propofol in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery can improve patients'respiratory circulation, anaesthesia and environmental function, and can reduce the recurrence of adverse reactions to a certain extent, which is of important clinical application value.
