Abstract:Objective To investigate the rebound phenomenon in patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning(AOPP)and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A retrospective study was conducted.A total of 21 patients with rebound of AOPP(rebound group)and 71 patients without rebound of AOPP(non-rebound group)who were admitted to Lixin People's Hospital from March 2022 to January 2024 were included in the study.Their clinical data were collected, and univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were performed to screen the factors influencing rebound of AOPP.Results Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that the degree of poisoning(OR=2.284,95%CI=1.104~4.726),the time from poisoning to gastric lavage(OR=2.465,95%CI=1.296~4.687)and the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHⅡ)score(OR=2.158,95%CI=1.132~4.112)were independent risk factors for rebound of AOPP(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with AOPP have a relatively high risk of rebound. The degree of poisoning, time from poisoning to gastric lavage and APACHEⅡscore are independent risk factors for rebound of AOPP.It is recommended to pay special attention to these factors and necessary intervention strategies should be taken during clinical treatment.
