Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of in-hospital cardiac rehabilitation exercises on myocardial injury markers and cardiopulmonary function in patients following myocardial infarction intervention. Methods Eighty-four patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent PCI at the People's Hospital of Lujiang County, from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected, and they were divided into two groups by lottery method. The conventional group of 42 cases was treated with conventional medication after surgery, and the gymnastic group of 42 cases was treated with conventional medication and in-hospital cardiac rehabilitation gymnastic intervention after surgery, and both groups were intervened for 30 d.We compared the differences in cardiac function, myocardial injury indexes,6-minute walking distance, and cardiorespiratory function before and after the intervention of the two groups respectively, and counted the rate of MACE in the two groups in 12 months. Results Post-intervention,both groups exhibited increased LVEF compared to pre-intervention levels, whereas LVESD and LVEDD decreased from their pre-intervention values. Moreover, the LVEF of the gymnastics group was higher than that of the conventional group, and LVESD and LVED were lower than those of the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(t=2.639,4.867,4.44,P<0.05).After the intervention, the CK-MB,cTnI,and cnT of both groups were lower than before the intervention, and the gymnastics group was lower than the conventional group, with statistically significant differences(t=6748,3.325,4.386,P<0.05).After the intervention, the 6 walking distance of both groups was higher than before the intervention, and the gymnastics group was higher than the conventional group, with a statistically significant difference(t=3.482,P<0.05).The maximum metabolic equivalents,VO2 max,VO2/HR,and AT of both groups were higher than before the intervention, and the gymnastics group was higher than the conventional group with statistically significant differences(t=3.678,2.078,3.433,4.91,P<0.05).During the 12-month follow-up,the cumulative MACE incidence was not statistically significant(χ2=2.546,P>005).Conclusion In-hospital cardiac rehabilitation gymnastics improves cardiac function, exercise capacity and reduces myocardial damage after myocardial infarction intervention.
