Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical data of patients with out of hospital cardiac arrest(OHCA)in this region and explore the influencing factors on the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods Retrospective collect data on patients who experienced out of hospital cardiac arrest and underwent CPR in our district from January 2020 to August 2024.Based on the resuscitation results, the patients were divided into ROSC group and ineffective group. The data entry adopts Utstein mode to organize patient general information, emergency response time, initial heart rhythm type, respiratory support method, adrenaline use and other emergency situations.Perform multiple logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 407 patients were included in the study, including 81 cases of ROSC,with a successful resuscitation rate of 19.9%.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that short emergency response time and initial heart rhythm of ventricular fibrillation or avascular ventricular tachycardia were independent factors affecting the success of resuscitation in OHCA patients. Conclusion The emergency response time and initial heart rhythm type that can be electrocuted are independent influencing factors for the success of resuscitation in OHCA patients.Further improving the witness CPR rate and CPR quality, optimizing the automated external defibrillator configuration plan can help improve the success rate of CPR.
