Abstract:Objective To study the intervention effect of lymphatic reflux manipulation combined with low-frequency pulse acupoint electrical stimulation on lactation level of primipara.Method A total of 86 primiparas delivered in our hospital from February 2023 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods. The control group(43 cases)was given low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation intervention treatment 1 day after delivery, and the observation group(43 cases)was combined with lymphatic reflux manipulation treatment on the basis of the control group.Lactation volume, breast pain level, lactation, milk distention, milk stasis and comfort were observed in the two groups.Result After treatment,Postnatal 3 and 7d milk yield of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,respectively(t=4.093,3.966,P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group's post-obstetric visual analogue score(VAS)in 3,7 and 24d were lower than those of the control group,respectively(t=6.858,3.039,8.412,P<0.05).After treatment, the feeding initiation time and lactation initiation time in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group, respectively. The 48h milk volume was significantly higher than that of the control group,(t=4.124,6.179,3.467,P<0.05).After the intervention, the breast pain and milk stasis in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were significant(Z=14.481,2.713,P<0.05).Conclusion Lymphatic reflux manipulation combined with low-frequency pulse acupoint electrical stimulation can more effectively improve the early milk production of parturients, reduce the degree of breast pain and the risk of milk stasis in parturients, and improve milk distension. The effect is obviously better than that of low-frequency pulse acupoint electrical stimulation alone.
