Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of diterpene ginkgolides meglumine combined with seven-step cycle standing balance training in the treatment of elderly ischemic stroke on patients'serum inflammatory factors and functional recovery. Methods 110 cases of elderly ischemic stroke patients admitted to the hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were prospectively selected and divided into the control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with seven-step cycle standing balance training on the basis of conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with diterpene ginkgolides meglumine on the basis of the control group, and both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Serum inflammatory factor levels IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,NIHSS,BBA,mRS,and ADL scores were collected and compared before and after treatment in both groups. And compared efficacy and adverse effects in two groups. Results Before treatment, the differences were not significant in serum IL-6,TNF-α,CPR level,NIHSS,BBA,mRS and ADL scores between the two groups(all P>0.05).After treatment, the serum IL-6 levels of both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment(t=6.386,P<0.05),the CPR levels decreased compared to before treatment(t=4.299,P<0.05),the TNF-α levels decreased compared to before treatment(t=5.229,P<0.05),and the NIHSS scores decreased compared to before treatment(t=7.360,P<0.05).Moreover,compared to the control group, the observation group showed a greater decrease, and the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the BBA scores of both groups of patients increased compared to before treatment(t=4.635,P<0.05),the mRS scores increased compared to before treatment(t=5.584,P<0.05),and the ADL scores increased compared to before treatment(t=6.619,P<0.05).Moreover,compared to the control group, the observation group showed a greater increase.Compared with the control group, the observation group had a higher clinical total effective rate(χ2=6.652,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.440,P>0.05).Conclusion Diterpene ginkgolides meglumine combined with seven-step cycle standing balance training for the treatment of elderly ischemic stroke patients can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients, reduce the level of serum inflammatory factor, and promote the functional recovery of patients.
