Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of cardiac exercise rehabilitation on cardiac function and exercise tolerance in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods 196 ACS patients treated by PCI in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,98 patients in each group. The control group received routine symptomatic treatment after PCI,and the observation group received cardiac exercise rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the levels of cardiac function indicators[left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)]before and after surgery in the two groups, compare the exercise tolerance indicators[maximum exercise tolerance(METs),6-minute walking distance test(6MWD)]before and after surgery in the two groups, compare the scores of the concise health survey scale(SF-36)before and after surgery in the two groups, and compare the fatigue coefficients of knee flexion and extension before and after surgery in the two groups. Results The level of LVEF after operation was higher than that before operation in the same group, and the levels of LVESD and LVEDD were lower than that before operation in the same group. The LVEF level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group[(50.34±5.01)%vs.(47.57±4.93)%],and the LVESD and LVEDD levels were lower than those in the control group[(44.57±3.55)mm vs.(47.67±3.82)mm,(50.02±5.78)mm vs.(54.76±5.96)mm](t= 3.901,5.885,5.652,P<0.05).The postoperative METs and 6MWD of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the same group. The postoperative METs and 6MWD in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(4.68±1.21)vs.(4.21±1.03),(372.14±8.76)m vs.(358.24±8.54)m](t=2.928,11.248,P<0.05).The scores of SF-36 in the two groups after operation were significantly higher than those before operation in the same group. The scores of SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The fatigue coefficients of knee flexion and extension in the two groups after operation were lower than those before operation in the same group, and the difference was statistically significant. The fatigue coefficients of knee flexion and extension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiac exercise rehabilitation can effectively improve the cardiac function, exercise tolerance and quality of life of patients with ACS after PCI.
