Construction of cardiopulmonary function index prediction model for patients with acute and critical chest pain in outpatient and emergency departments based on HEART score

Abstract：Objective To explore the establishment of cardiopulmonary function index prediction model based on HEART score for patients with acute and critical chest pain in outpatient and emergency departments.Methods A total of 206 patients with acute and critical chest pain admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects,and the occurrence of cardiovascular adverse events(MACE)within one month was used as the grouping criteria.Among them,128 patients without MACE were used as the control group,and 78 patients with MACE within one month were used as the observation group.The differences of HEART scores and cardiopulmonary function indicators between the two groups were compared.Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between MACE and HEART score and cardiopulmonary function indexes in patients with acute critical chest pain,and to construct the prediction model of MACE in patients with acute critical chest pain in outpatient and emergency departments.Results The HEART score of observation group was higher than that of control group[(9.13±1.78)score vs.(5.66±2.43)points],the difference was statistically significant(t = 10.945,P<0.05).The positive rate of myocardial necrosis markers in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.10%vs.21.88%,82.05%vs.27.34%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2 = 36.733,58.109,P<0.05).Conclusion Cardiopulmonary function index based on HEART score has high predictive value for MACE occurrence in patients with acute and critical chest pain in outpatient and emergency departments,and can be popularized in clinical application.
