Abstract:Objective To analyze the ECG characteristics of patients with new coronavirus disease. Methods The continuous enrollment method was used to collect the general data of 169 new coronavirus disease patients from March 5 to March 19,2020 and to remotely transmit 201 cases of ECG.A 12-lead real-time wearable ECG device is adopted, and the collection terminal is a tablet computer, which is transmitted to the cardiology consultation center of the Cardiology Department of the PLA General Hospital in real time, and the diagnosis result is transmitted to the designated hospital after the third-level review. Results The abnormal ECG of new coronavirus disease patients accounted for 83.1%,the arrhythmia accounted for 32.8%,the abnormal ST-T accounted for 66.2%,the abnormality of voltage and P wave amplitude time limit accounted for 28.3%,and the resting heart rate greater than 90 bpm accounted for 22.9%.Compared with men, women are more likely to have SⅠQⅢTⅢ,long QT interval dispersion and QT interval[0 vs.6.25%,(366.6±29.2)ms vs.(356.1±27.7)ms,(41.5±23.3)ms vs.(34.8±17.4)ms](χ2 =5.763,t=-2.565,-2.067,P<0.05).They were divided into two groups according to age:≤60 years old group(97,48.3%)and>60 years old group(104,51.7%).In groups>60 years, right bundle branch block(RBBB)and ventricular premature beats and longer QT interval dispersion were more common[15.4%vs.3.1%,7.7%vs.0,(44.5±21.6)ms vs.(33.1±18.9)ms](χ2 =7.482,5.888,t=-3.491,P<0.05).Conclusion The ECG of new coronavirus disease patients show different patterns of myocardial injury and arrhythmia.Abnormal ECG repolarization is more obvious in female and elderly patients.Specific SⅠQⅢTⅢ manifestations and varying degrees of RBBB may indicate the possibility of pulmonary embolism in new coronavirus disease patients.ECG detection can provide important cardiac electrical activity information for the diagnosis and treatment of new coronavirus disease patients.
