Abstract:Objective To investigate the factors influencing the occurrence of non-motor symptoms(NMS)in patients with Parkinson's syndrome(PS)and its predictive value analysis on the prognosis of pramipexole hydrochloride treatment. Methods 104 patients with PS treated with pramipexole hydrochloride in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected. They were divided into the NMS group(n=84)and the non-NMS group(n=20)based on the presence of NMS.The general data of the two groups were collected, and differences in age, gender, disease duration,H-Y disease severity, and clinical type were compared.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression models were used to analyze the influencing factors of NMS occurrence.PS patients were divided into a significant group(n= 67)and a non-significant group(n = 17)according to the prognostic outcome of NMS after treatment with pramipexole hydrochloride. The single factor and multi-factor Logistic regression models were used to analyze the influencing factors on the outcome of pramipexole hydrochloride treatment in PS patients with NMS.Results Compared with the non-NMS group, the factors affecting the course of disease, disease degree and clinical type of patients in the NMS group were significantly different(P<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that disease course,H-Y disease grade and clinical type were independent risk factors for the prognosis of PS patients(P<0.05).67 PS patients were treated with pramexol hydrochloride for NMS,accounting for 79.76%.Univariate analysis showed that the age, disease course,H-Y disease grade and clinical type of PS patients were significantly correlated with pramexol hydrochloride treatment of PS patients' NMS(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age, course of disease,H-Y disease grade and clinical type were risk factors for the prognosis of PS patients treated with pramexol hydrochloride(P<0.05).The ROC result showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of clinical type,H-Y disease classification, and disease duration for predicting the prognosis of NMS in patients with pramipexole-treated PS was 0.644,0.682,and 0.635,corresponding to a sensitivity of 64.2%,77.6%and 38.8%,and a specificity of 64.7%,58.8%,and 88.2%,respectively.The AUC for the combined diagnosis of the three was 0.932,with a sensitivity and specificity of 83.6%and 94.3%,respectively.Conclusion The disease duration,H-Y disease classification, and clinical type of PS patients are the relevant influencing factors for the occurrence of NMS in PS patients, meanwhile, the three differ greatly in the prognosis of NMS in patients with PS treated with pramipexole, and the combination of the three has better predictive efficacy for the prognosis of NMS in patients with PS treated with pramipexole, which can be promoted in clinical application.
