Abstract:Objective To study the effect of evocative stimulation on awakening and cerebral blood flow in patients with coma after traumatic brain injury. Methods 110 cases of coma patients with traumatic brain injury were included from January 2020 to January 2022.They were divided into observation group and control group by simple random number table, with 55 cases in each group. The control group was intervened with conventional scheme, while the observation group was intervened with calling stimulation on the basis of the control group.Electroencephalogram(EEG)was monitored before and after intervention, and the EEG grades of the two groups were recorded. The scores of Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and activity of daily living scale(ADL)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. The indexes of cerebral blood flow(CBV,CBF)and serum(NE,5-HT,DA)were measured before and after intervention. The complications of the two groups were recorded. Results After intervention, compared with the control group, the proportion of EEG grade Ⅰ in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After intervention,GCS and ADL scores of both groups were improved, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).One month after intervention and three months after intervention, the levels of CBV and CBF in both groups were improved compared with before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of NE and DA were increased and higher in the observation group(P<0.05),while the level of 5-HT was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of call stimulation in coma patients with traumatic craniocerebral injury can improve the effect of awakening, and its mechanism may be related to improving cerebral blood flow and regulating the release of neurotransmitters such as NE.
